Create a unique and exclusive pair of shoes for you. Besides the inclusivity of the large sizes and wide fit, our Made-to-Order service allows you to create your own design, by choosing between different types of leathers and stretches materials such as nappa, kid suede, patent leather, metallic leather, velvet, etc. You can also choose the inside of the shoes and the sole from beige or black color. The process is simple. Choose your favorite upper color, then the inside color (lining and insole) and then the sole color. Once your design is done, it will be passed to our craftsmen in our Spanish factory. Every shoe is ultimately supervised and approved by VivaaH Viana, herself. The payment must be made in advance for any Made-to-order product. Please note that Made-to-order items are like an Haute Couture approach and since the shoes will be made accordantly to your design, they have an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 weeks. Please also be aware that during challenging or busy periods, the lead time may be slightly longer. Once the shoes are ready, we will contact you via email to let you know they are on their way. Since it is a creation made by you, all Made-to-order items are ineligible for returns & exchanges, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
