    • VIVAAH VIANA shall aim to deliver the product within 8 to 12 weeks of the order confirmation in the European Union countries; the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and VIVAAH VIANA reserves the right amend the delivery time as necessary.
    • VIVAAH VIANA shall be responsible for delivery of the goods and title shall pass on delivery of the order.
    • MADE-TO-ORDER free shipping is only available to the European Union countries. Norway, United Kingdom, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Canarias, Azores and Madeira Island should consult shipping and taxes conditions through email info@vivaahviana.com
    • Once your order has been placed, due to the bespoke nature, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.

Due to the bespoke nature, all Made-to-order items are non-refundable, ineligible for returns & exchanges, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

• • Fabric colors and materials may vary. VIVAAH VIANA cannot accept responsibility for any variations in color, shade and texture and will not accept returns on this basis.
  • Please be aware that the colors and materials images seen on the website are a mocked visual representation. There may be slight color/material variations in the actual product you receive.
  • VIVAAH VIANA reserves all its intellectual property rights in the designs of MADE-TO-ORDER products.

PRODUCTS & PRICES

All products on the Site are for your own personal use and not for resale.

All the prices of the products included in www.vivaahviana.com website is shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the tax rate applicable now. www.vivaahviana.com is entitled to periodically update the prices of the products, which shall be duly published in its site. These updates shall not affect to the current prices, which were in force when the order was confirmed.

We require the following information in order to successfully fulfill the payment with the use of a credit or debit card: full card number, cardholder name (as displayed on the card), expiration date and CVC code (3 digits found on the back of the card, except for American Express cards which have 4 digits and is found in front). The purchase Price of your order will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of purchase.

Orders will be delivered during weekdays at the address provided by the customer. Deliveries will only be made to the European Union countries VIVAAH VIANA operates in. VIVAAH VIANA products are subject to a very strict quality control. However, should the client notice any eventual manufacturing defect, VIVAAH VIANA commits to repair it within the shortest possible period.

Colors may vary upon the characteristics and configuration of the user’s screen from which one has access to the www.vivaahviana.com site. It is important to note that color variations cannot be considered a manufacturing defect, even including the type of material utilized for the design.

A misuse or inappropriate use of the product, the deterioration and tear of model by use are not subject under the product warranty coverage.
